The Core Training Method® focuses on building muscular endurance in the core muscle groups, that’s your chest, back, and glutes. These are the muscle groups that are responsible for the power that athletes are able to generate.
The Core Training Method® is a 13- week program designed to improve your strength by going through a 4-phase weight lifting cycle. You will go through a strength phase, which helps to build overall strength and prepare your body for the added weight and volume. The second phase is our power phase. In this phase you will increase the weight you lift and reduce the reps scheme, in this phase you should start to see an increase in your muscle mass.
The third phase is our peak power phase, in which you will begin to push the limits. Trust me, you will see major gains in strength and muscle mass.
And the last phase is the deload/maintenance phase. You will lift at about a 70 -75% of your max, at this level, you will be able to maintain any strength you’ve gained.
