Winter is here…and apparently, it’s going to be a grim winter. And ya know I can see how that could happen. First, we have COVID, and from there all things flow downhill.
The question becomes, “Will we have to shut it down again? “
“How does this affect my job or business?”
“If we do shut down and I’m working from home, how in the hell am I going to have a meeting with the kids in the background?”
With so many questions looming the uncertainty can be debilitating — and that’s not considering how COVID could affect your family or YOU for that matter.
Regardless of what happens, for the sake of our mental health…just know that we will figure it out and we will get through it.
As stressful as it gets, this period still remains a period of amazing opportunity. There is still the potential to acquire new skills, get your health in check, get back on track. After all, it is the holiday season and the truth is we normally start the new year off on a new diet or renewed fitness routine.
This Fella Doubled Down During COVID
It’s always good to see how someone did it, and not just a minimal return on effort, but a major change. This is the stuff that motivates me, and even better it’s something that we can all do. Isaac started the journey weighing in at 233 lbs. and now 65 lbs lighter he did it by eating veggies, lean meat, and working out consistently.
Ever Wondered The Optimal Distance for a Bike Ride?
Bike rides are the perfect low impact form of exercise. Outside of getting use to sitting on that godawful seat, riding the bike is the most mentally freeing thing there is to do. You just sit there are ride and get lost in your mind. The trick here is you want to free your mind, but you also want to make sure you ride just long enough to get a good workout in.

Don’t Worry 2021 Will Be Better
Here’s the good thing, we can blame everything on COVID. Here’s the thing that’s even better. We can change almost anything we want, and we don’t have to hit rock bottom before making a change.
